Horizontal Flow Wrapper

A horizontal flow-wrap type packaging machine which produces packs sealed on I-seal from a roll of heat-sealable film.

Perfect for rapid and frequent set-up changes without compromising high-speed packaging (max 200 mechanical cycles per minute). The mechanical and electronic components are housed at the back of the machine, leaving the front clear for the sealing units. Production residues are never in contact with the mechanical parts, while all cleaning and maintenance operations are made extremely quick and easy.

Vertical Resealable Form Fill Seal

This is a machine that separates itself from the rest of the pack by offering "multiple bag style" varieties and the versatility of many machines in one system. Offering up to 20 different bag styles, from standard vertical form fill and seal using clear or printed film, to stand-up oval bottom bags with sombrero hole punch, "all on one machine". Using the latest technology, zipper integration and patented resealable tab and/or reclosable adhesive strip options, this "Open & Reclose" is a system that allows the packaging to be resealed.

Standing Pouch Filling & Sealing Machine

The machine can be connected with automatic weighing, liquid/paste filling machines which is apt to operating and adjusting maximum weight of content 2 kgs per bag. All functions performed fully automatic from bag feeding, dating, filling, sealing and discharging.
